Bagging & Palletization

The product stored in a silo or disbursed in bags, big bags or octabins is bagged and palletized following one of our two production lines. Our equipment can palletize with conventional stretch, stretch hood or both.
The material could also be bagged in: big bag or octabin (400, 500 and 1000 kg).
Debagging

The packed product (in bags, big bags or octabin) becomes a bulk unit with our debagging systems (manual or automatic) for new deliveries or other bagging options.
Dedusting

Remove dust from a product using a pneumatic conveying system with high efficiency results.
Blending

With our mixing system, we offer the possibility of homogenizing a material of different origins to obtain a more valuable product at the customer's request.
Repackaging

Our repackaging capacity and flexibility respond to changes in customer needs regarding the presentation of the final product for deliveries.
